He had a great childhood and a very good education, once he'd decided to join the medical field his dad go him a small admin job working in the medical facilities after school. Once he passed his grads at school he headed off to Medical Academy in San Francisco and studied for 6 years in that time he did several interns at different medical facilities. Once he passed his MBBS, MD. He started work back at the medical facilities that his family worked at, while there he started to study an advanced course in other species Biology and got his M.B. . He worked at the medical facility till he was 33 and took a personal interest in dealing with non-humans. Not long before his 34th birthday he applied to the Academy to advance his medical knowledge of other species. Since Joining Starfleet Dale joined starfleet academy on 237906.20 and did his starfleet officers training till he granulated in 238405.12 and got honors in Medical Biology. He was sent to work on the USS Aurora as a medical officer till it was put out of service in 238810.24. After that he was transferred back to earth to work at the Academy's main medical facility checking new cadets that planned on joining starfleet, some of his other duties were dealing with injured cadets and officers. On stardate 239009.16 he was transferred to the USS Avandar as the Chief's Assistant Medical Officer, he performed several medical duties including saving a fellow officer from a life threatening organism.
