Background Notes

Attended the Vulcan Science Academy before joining Starfleet. Served aboard the USS Roosevelt NCC-2573, in the late 2360's. Assimilated at the Battle of Wolf 359. Recovered from the U.S.S. Nimitz by the crew of the U.S.S. Constitution-B in 2388. After some rehab, rejoined Starfleet. Time in the collective has rendering some implants incapable of being too tightly integrated into her biology requiring them to be left in place.

	James McLaren Father	James McLaren is the owner of a small pub in Belfast. He has always been very supportive of Solaris' interests, often having bought her books about spycraft. She often helped out in the pub when herfather thought her old enough, and it was there she learned many things. James is an easy going man who enjoys being a good host.

	Vivian McLaren Mother	Vivian McLaren is the owner of a small florists shop. While she had hoped the Solaris would follow in her footsteps, she has been nothing but supportive of her daughter's goals in life. Vivian has always been the voice of reason in Solaris' life, trying to keep her well balanced, teaching her about many things including her Celtic heritage.

	Luna Pet	Luna is the McLaren family pet, though shes really more Solaris' dog than she is her parents. As a Siberian Husky, Luna is very smart and knows Sol, even across subspace, often popping up in the view screen when Sol calls home.

	Sibeal Doyle Grandmother	Sibeal Doyle was Sol's grandmother. Though she never met her, Sol recently came in to ownership of some of her possessions. Sibeal served as Intelligence Officer and Second Officer aboard the U.S.S. Kongo, and later the first officer of the U.S.S. Kongo-A.

	Ferri Emlott Friend	Sol met Ferri at the Ops 2400 New Years party. They started to talk appearing to enjoy each others company. The ran into each other again during the aftermath of the Romulan peace talks, and after going on a short walk Sol shared lunch with her and Ambassador Lukin Zorkal at their residence in the Coranum District.

	Nestira Aristren Friend	Sol first learned of Nestira due to her mission to Miranda VII. Upon her return Nestira sought Sol out for assistance with reintegrating into the stations population.

	Sinda Essen Friend	Solaris first met Sinda during the Constitution's holiday party. They spent most of the night playing darts and getting to know each other, on the 2nd level of the ships bar. Things became more intimate between the pair during shore leave following the discovery of the USS Unity. Things have continued to grow between Essen and Solaris, leaving Sol slightly confused about Essen's intent, having originally thought Essen wasn't looking for a serious relationship. Sol later tracked down Essen on Starbase 104 and confessed her love to her. After having to go on long term convert assignment, Sol realized it was unfar to Essen to leave her without being able to where she was going. She decided to end their relationship, hoping to remain friends with Essen.

	Sherana Friend	Sherana was the first person aboard the Constitution that Solaris had even spoken to at length about anything. Sherana requested help from Solaris in finding her parents location. Sol was able to help Sherana reconnect with her parents. The pair shared a couple of dances at the 2393 Constitution family reunion.

	Atan T'Seva Friend	Solaris first met T'Seva during shoreleave after the Conny's mission to Dagorin VI. The two hit it off at the family reunion party finding they shared a few interests.
