Trista Noldo

Trista Noldo was a skilled merchant and the leader of a resistance army during the Cardassian occupation of Rodul. She was a skilled leader, a brilliant tactician, and the grandmother of Tarrik Tarkin.

Chronological History

  • 1989 Trista Noldo is born to a wealthy family of arms dealers on Rodul
  • 2024 Trista makes a small fortune arms trading during Rodul's 7th era wars
  • 2046 Trista transitions out of arms trading into luxury goods as the wars begin to draw to a close
  • 2134 Rodulans develop warp capability. Trista invests heavily in warp capable cargo ships and uses them as mobile orbital warehouses for consumer goods delivery and makes incredible profit. Later she achieves even further wealth due to being in a position to capitalize on Rodul's nascent interstellar trade as it develops
  • 2242 Thorus Noldo is born to Trista Noldo on Rodul
  • 2325 The Cardassians occupy Rodul. Trista retreats to one of her ships in orbit around the planet and rallies those she can on to ships to survive hidden in nearby space. She gives any Rodulans from all ethnic groups asylum and drops her prejudice from the seventh era wars in the face of a common enemy
  • 2326 Trista launches the first of several guerilla raids against the Cardassian Occupiers and earns a nickname among their forces: the Hag of the Abyss. Horror stories are told about her raids among a handful of squads from the Cardassian occupiers, often greatly embellished. Racism among the crews of Trista's fleet has become nonexistent after years of close cooperation and integrated living spaces; interracial relationships are common
  • 2329 - Trista is executed when her fleet is cornered by Cardassian occupiers and her rebel army shares her fate, having been hunted down after a series of victories against the occupiers. The few that survive are scattered
