{{Citation|Sheathed Sword|23950628|{{USS|Constitution-B}}|I believe everyone has been injured at one point or the other. Most of the time the injuries are healed quickly and the character goes about their day again. But every now and then someone gets injured bad enough that even the apparent magic of Sick Bay won't be able to heal wounds right away. During our last mission we had such occurrence through a poisoned disruptor bolt injury about which Starfleet didn't know much. This could have been over with quickly by writing that Klingons knew a way how to deal with it, but this writer chose not to. Instead she decided to commit to the consequences and is taking the time to send her character through the aftermath, the trauma and rehabilitation, portraying the mental and physical recovery. For adding this piece of realism and depth to her character and the plot, she deserves to receive this award.}}

{{Citation|Neelix Award|23960624|{{USS|Constitution-B}}| The Neelix Award is reserved for writers who do just that, and our honoree this year has done it all and more. This person is always helping out. Be it updating Wiki pages, helping other players both new and old, brainstorming plots or participating in mission planning among the staff. This person had become both and asset and an invaluable member of the behind the scenes of the Conny.}}

{{Citation|Pathfinder Award|23970615|{{USS|Constitution-B}}|And one of these mentors is highlighted today. She has been part of the Conny's Staff for over two years now and dozens of new players have had the pleasure to meet her, many of which were her mentees. So it is not surprising that we hear a lot of great things about her. To quote two of her nominators she "has shown great talent in mentoring others and is a very deserving recipient of the Pathfinder Award. [...] Each email she sent to the newcomer was filled with genuine care and kindness. It was a shining beacon on what a mentor really should be.' and 'Yito Seja is a person who never fails to step up to the mentorship plate. Not only has she taken on a respectable number of mentees, she has also dealt with some uniquely challenging individuals who required her to go above and beyond what a typical mentor might experience.' As a CO it is a pleasure to have watched her grow since she had joined the crew and become a dedicated mentor who has the best of every player on the ship in her mind. I couldn't agree more with those who nominated her .}}
