Physical Appearance
Blake is a Brekkian/Betazoid hybrid, standing at 5'10 with shoulder-length blonde hair. Identifying features include emerald green eyes and a two-inch long scar on her lower back. Remains of her original medical file seem to indicate that she was once capable of telepathic abilities, but scans indicate that her telepathic lobe is no longer active.

Blake is a Brekkian/Betazoid hybrid, standing at 5'10 with shoulder-length blonde hair. Identifying features include emerald green eyes and a two-inch long scar on her lower back. Though Starfleet's standard is to wear a uniform at all times, Blake tends to return to a casual getup when working independently. She's proficient in the Brekkian language of Seritonian (her mother tongue) and is also surprisingly fluent in at least two Ornaran and Vulcan dialects. Blake is a Federation citizen by marriage - as is her son by birth. Her daughter, however, is currently considered a dual citizen of Brekka and Ornara - because of this, relocating Faith to Federation space continues to face complications.
When working within the Shoals, Blake is often equipped with a Type 2 Mark VIII NL Aquila, rather than standard phasers. Though Starfleet's standard is to wear a uniform at all times, Blake tends to return to a casual getup when working as an independent Ranger.

Records of Blake's personal history have been removed from the Starfleet personnel database due the deceptive request of her mother upon false news of Blake's death, but her service record and partial medical reports remain intact. Blake was required to undergo a full review upon her return to service. Her spouse, Sabor, was reportedly killed during domestic terrorism attacks on Brekka four months after their son's birth - Blake still struggles with his death, and due to suffering severe memory loss surrounding the events that led to the tragedy, Blake struggles to communicate surfacing emotions regarding Sabor to her counselors simply because she is unable to remember much of her life with her husband. Colleagues and friends of Blake have noticed her tendency towards alcohol whilst off duty, though for now, such behaviour has yet to prove problematic or consequential to her day to day duties.
Personality
Focused primarily on her work aboard the Veritas, Blake usually spends little time socializing with the rest of the crew unless prompted by others to do so. She dislikes speaking of her personal life whilst on duty, and is still uncomfortable when doing so off-duty - as such, her primary go-to conversation topic is their duties within the Shoals. It is evident that she takes her job and learned mannerisms within the Shoals seriously, as she thoroughly believes in the rules of engagement set for the area. Because of this, she is considered by her fellow crew to have a particularly 'sharp' demeanor. When irritated, she becomes considerably cold and blunt, but if Blake is known for one thing, it's that she hardly raises her voice to other officers.

Compared to reports of her character and temperament from the late 2380s, Blake is a surprisingly cool-headed thinker, unwilling to take unnecessary risks. Though she may often disagree with others, verbalize worst case scenarios, and question her superiors, she does not do so guns blazing, but in a constructive manner and refusing to raise her voice. Those who had known her during her early career have noted that she acts almost like a completely different person, and is more calm, collected and responsive to the criticism or suggestion of others - in fact, she often finds herself relying on others counsel. When Captain Roshanara Rahman becomes out of reach within the first two weeks of being assigned as the captain of the Veritas, Blake confesses to Raj Blueheart that she feels uncertain about her capability in her new position, due to her initial safety nets now gone and her knowledge about the new crew lacking. This uncertainty ultimately led to her decision to step back from the XO role.
Regardless, Blake is of a calm and collected temperament, receptive to criticism, and is a cool-headed thinker unwilling to take unnecessary risks. She relies on her crew mates counsel for most matters, as despite having served in the Shoals for an extended period of time, the reality is she has the least amount of experience than any officer aboard the Veritas, due to retrograde amnesia. She will ask questions and press superior officers when she believes more information is required for herself and or the crew, though never usually does so guns-blazing. Blake is, however, occasionally referred to the 'doom and gloom' character, often verbalizing worst case scenarios to a point of fault - though she is not without positivity.

When working within the Shoals, Blake is often equipped with a Type 2 Mark VIII NL Aquila, and will note how the loss of life proves nothing in the grand scheme of things when prompted to.
Her spouse, Sabor, was reportedly killed during domestic terrorism attacks on Brekka four months after their son's birth - Blake still struggles with his death, and due to suffering severe memory loss surrounding the events that led to the tragedy, she struggles to communicate surfacing emotions regarding Sabor to her counselors simply because she is unable to remember much of her life with her husband. Colleagues and friends of Blake have noticed her tendency towards alcohol whilst off duty, though for now, such behaviour has yet to prove problematic or consequential to her day to day duties. Some have even noted that, once Sabor is mentioned, she moves on to water for the rest of the night.

Blake believes in having a network of information, and takes it upon herself to get to know civilians twice over before the ship moves on to a new place. Though not claiming to be a people person, she is quick to latch into conversation with establishment owners - though the likelihood that they eventually provide her with worthwhile information is low. The rumor is she just likes civilian gossip.
