Hrm. I popped counselling/psychology under the Medical Academy, because nursing was there. As far as my experiences go, nursing degrees (along with the other allied health professional degrees) are usually offered by a university's Health and Life Sciences faculty, not a medical school -- I assumed that meant Starfleet Medical Academy was responsible for all health professionals.
