A foreign award is an OOC award that is has been given to Starbase 118 and/or a member for actions or support for a community or group outside of Starbase 118 RPG. These awards are not controlled or decided by Starbase 118 and are listed for player recognition to the simming community at large.

Simming Prize Ribbon: The Simming Prize also known as the The Prize for Simming and Online Role Playing in Memory of Seth Cotis is a non-118 foreign award given by the Trustees of the Simming Prize for either exemplify service, quality, and dedication within the play-by-post online role-playing; or who pioneer new technology or techniques within the entire simming community internet-wide. The Prizes can recognize a significant onetime accomplishment or sustained contributions over a period of time. |

OG Community Honor Ribbon: The Community Honor also known as the Ongoing Worlds Community Honor (OWCH) is a non-118 special award given by the Committee of Ongoing Worlds for outstanding service to the simming community at large through events and participation like non-community sim competitions and fallfest. |
