Lattice Alliance is a xenophobic alliance between the Tholians and Sheliak formed at the dawn of the 25th century.

In 2401, the Lattice Alliance took advantage of a distracted Starfleet during the events of Frontier Day to launch an assault on Deep Space 33 in the Alpha Isles, facing off against the USS Khitomer, USS Ronin, and USS Excalibur.

In a future timeline, the Lattice Alliance was in an outright war with the Federation and close to victory by 2442.
