PAST MEDICAL HISTORY
- Chronic Illnesses: A rare Aurelian "syndrome" that his people call "Phoenix Fledging". Some of his body chemistry occasionally misfires. During these misfires, his body seems to think he's in a molt even when he's not. Portions of his feathers will sometimes grow double pins and it splits through the current pins while the feathers are still in his skin and cause various issues in the process. It's a recurring problem that currently has no known cure. It's not life-threatening, and it does have a fairly effective treatment to keep flare-ups on the lower end of the scale when being treated for it, as well as a treatment for a flare-up when one occurs. But it's still unpleasant. Flare-ups cause semi-severe fatigue, fevers, inflammation, pains, and infections until properly handled. This was something an Aurelian Doctor diagnosed him with unexpectedly during his LoA in the summer of 2398.
- Medications: An arm implant that gives medicine that helps to regulate the misfiring body chemistry for a few years. It's not a 100% guarantee that a flare-up won't occur, but unless a flare is a particularly rough one, there's a good chance it'll be a few years, and longer if he keeps track of when he needs a re-up on the medication.
- Allergies and Reactions: None that he's aware of.
- Sexual/Reproductive History: Has had two partners with which he's been intimate in his life thus far, including a Non-Aurelian. No unfortunate problems have come up in either case, thankfully. And because both partners were not female (and one was a humanoid) he does not have any children at the current time. Though he wouldn't mind starting a family one day.

PAST HOSPITALIZATIONS/SERIOUS ILLNESS
Infected with Borg Nanoprobes during a mission in 239812, and partially assimilated. It was reversed with an assimilation-reversal drug. He does have a very small amount of inert, probably dead, nanoprobes left residual in his system as of an official check-up conducted by Doctor Karise Indobri in 239901. They're very unlikely to cause problems anymore.

SOCIAL HISTORY
- Marital status: Single
- Children: None
- Occupation/Assignment: Engineer & Head of Infrastructure on Denali Station.
- Diet: He will eat most things so long as it's not something that would be poisonous to an Aurelian, obviously. But he likes to know where it comes from as he likes to make sure the majority of what he's eating is eco-friendly and sustainable if it's not replicated. While he's not opposed to the concept of red meat, in theory, his people don't really consume it, and eating it does cause some intestinal distress as a result. So he generally declines food with red meat in it. He does like fish, though. He also likes and can handle extremely spicy foods. Most spicy food around humanoids is a little mild to him, and so far only Klingon spices have managed to even slightly match up.
- Exercise: He flies and glides around the city for an hour or so a few times a week, as well as doing some very basic strength training once in a while to make some of his job easier.

PHYSICIANS' NOTES
- Medical Assessment: Ensign Dekas is a 28-year-old Aurelian male who reported to Sick Bay for his check-in physical. He reported that he was in good health. I saw no clear signs to the contrary, yet my knowledge is limited on Aurelian physiology. As Starfleet’s Medical Database only has limited information on Aurelian’s, I will be reaching out to Ensign Dekas’ prior physicians and his homeworld for more information. For now, I deem him Fit for Duty, with the order to come back to Sickbay if he has any medical problems.

COUNSELORS' NOTES
- Unofficial notes from counselors, and possibly comments from others who notice such things probably regard the fact that he was partially assimilated and that's a big trauma. A trauma that influences his struggles to sleep in his own quarters, the tendency to overwork himself as a form of distraction or even a weird form of escapism, and his inability to say in direct words that he "was assimilated." As well as his tendency to completely avoid mentioning that topic to literally anyone if he doesn't have to.
- Other unofficial notes are probably that there's an insecurity present in his Aurelian identity if prompted about it.
