SKYFIRE, CHYTHAR DANIEL

MEDICAL RECORD
  • Height: 167.64 cm (5'5" in)
  • Weight: 65 kilos (143.30 lbs)
  • Blood Type: B+ (B Positive)
  • T/E Rating: T2/E2 as of 239103.16

TELEPATHIC STATUS

During an encounter with Ensign Azin, Chythar experienced a Dokkaran mind meld which was uncontrolled by its initiator (Azin.) Skyfire found himself in an argument with his Ensign self while he was sedated, which led to the discovery that Chythar's genetics had been effectively re-written during the meld, making him telepathic and empathic. For a human, it is unusual. His final rating is T2/E2, though he doesn't know this. With his best friend Sal Taybrim, his status is T4/E4 because of a pre-existing connection.

Skyfire doesn't know how to control it, nor how to put up appropriate barriers to prevent himself from being affected by those around him.

PAST MEDICAL HISTORY

  • Chronic Illnesses: None
  • Medications: None
  • Allergies and Reactions: None
  • Sexual/Reproductive History: None

PAST HOSPITALIZATIONS/SERIOUS ILLNESS

  • 239110.28: Patient sustained a broken rib after getting thrown into a wall by the shockwave of an explosion on DSX. Treated by one of the DSX Nurses.
  • 239110.17-239110.23: Upon discovering a connection to a previously used strain of The Skyfire Virus, which was regulated to Romulans, he employs similar methodology by injecting himself with a different strain that was geared toward Cardassians. He did this to himself on purpose, and the resulting tissue degeneration occurred in his left wrist. The antigen came through, and his experiment ended. Performed under medical supervision on Deep Space 10.
  • 239101.19: Patient sustained a second break to his wrist that was broken during his cadet cruise. He attempted to fix it himself, and may still have some residual nerve damage in his finger tips.
  • 239103.18: Patient was sedated by Dr. Alexander Morgan following intense pain throughout his entire body from a Dokkoran mind-meld. Said experience altered Chythar's genetic code such that he became somewhat telepathic/empathic, though exact status is unknown at this time. Suspected to be T2/E2.
  • 239010.11: The patient suffered a low grade concussion and doesn't remember exactly what happened during or before the blast. Did not lose consciousness, suffered two ruptured ear drums. Both of which were treated by Dr. Folds. Bed-rest was prescribed by both Captain Nicholotti & Doctor Morgan, while the patient healed most of his own injuries using a dermal regenerator.
  • 239002.17: The day of his cadet cruise, the patient suffered a broken wrist, left hand. Bed-rest was prescribed, and the patient decided to use a dermal regenerator to aid in the healing process. Wrist is subject to irritation once in a while.

PAST SURGICAL HISTORY

  • 239111.23: Full corrective wrist surgery to left wrist. Instructed to keep a brace on it until further notice. Surgery performed by neurologist Ven Demar and Ensign Roslyn Mo'Phatz, MD aboard the USS Garuda.
