(Background/Personality/Career History)
Lincoln was born on the USS Bulla while on mission. His parents both serving officers, decided they did not wish their child to grow on a ship as they did, moved to Earth and settled in a semi-regional area. Maintaining their jobs as officers while on Earth, Lincoln was still pretty embedded in Starfleet, but he had the life and opportunity to grow up like a 'normal' boy.
Leading a rather unremarkable childhood filled with getting his hands dirty and into everything, Lincoln enjoyed a many and varied group of friends who largely followed him through his schooling years and some into the academy. Not yet faced with the idea that they might not see each other much, each remains optimistic that things will work out and they will still be good friends throughout their career.
