- 238708.01: Explosion in the USS Pioneer's Main Engineering. Tristam's head impacts with a bulkhead, crushing his skull and causing damage to his brain. His left leg is also pinned underneath rubble.

Telepathic Status
Originally holding a telepathic rating of T6, Core lost all telepathic ability after severely damaging his telepathic lobe in an explosion on board the USS Pioneer. He is now classified under T0 - others of the Rodulan species (or those of whom have T6 abilities) are very capable of reading his thoughts with little to no problem. Others below T6 are unable due to his four lobed brain.
