A highly xenophobic, non-humanoid species of the Delta Quadrant, the multipedal tentacalled Ba'Neth are a technologically advanced species. Capable of cloaking themselves and their technology, only leaving a residual amount of short-lived veridium isotopes, they attempt to cover up their own existence at all costs. As they are long thought to be a myth among other races, they will do anything to destroy any information that might one day shine light upon their existence, even if that means killing those who discovered them. As such little more, if anything, is nothing about the Ba'Neth.
