	Medical File Update 239012.26 Ben Edwards was admitted to Starfleet Medical Facility 5347 on stardate 239012.26. He was caught in an explosion outside starfleet marine headquarters, he has sustained damage to both eyes from the intense flash and a cut to the back of the skull. The eyes and head wound healed. While under testing he was found to have a low Vitamin A level, and has been placed on supplements to be taken once a day for 30 days. Note placed in medical file for retesting on stardate 239101.26. Until vitamin A levels return to normal I've recommend his removal from flight status. Attached files below.
	Medical File Update 239101.07 Ben was restricted by DR Todd Manius from carrying a weapon due to his problems with his eyesight and from going on away missions.
	Medical File Update 239107.23 Ben Edwards has been given the all clear medical to return to full marine duties and able to fly shuttle, Fighters again. He still has flash backs of the explosion that cause the damage to his eye.
