Template:Academy Transcript

You can use this template to create an academic transcript and diploma from the Starfleet Academy Office of the Registrar! Instructions: Create a new subpage for your character by adding "/Academy Transcript" to the end of your character's current bio page web address. The new page will have the address Last Name, First Name/Academy Transcript Insert {{subst:Academy Transcript}} into the body of the new subpage and click save. Click edit once the page is created and fill out the details as you wish. Tips: You may wish to look over Starfleet Academy Curriculum to understand how to compile a course load for your character. Medical officers who graduated with an MD from the Starfleet Medical Academy should use Template:Starfleet Medical Academy Transcript instead. Addition More Classes Beyond 48 Credits: Cadets take a minimum of 48 credit hours (4 classes per semester), which is what this template creates. However, cadets may take up to a maximum of 60 credit hours (5 classes per semester). More detailed instructions for filling out the transcript are available here, including how to add a fifth course during a semester. Basically, just add a new set of lines for "course5" in whichever semester you want the fifth course. If you plan on your character taking multiple fifth courses throughout their time at the Academy, there is also a blank 60 credit hours template. Simply insert {{subst:Academy Transcript60}} instead of {{subst:Academy Transcript}} in step 2 above. You do not need to fill in every fifth course if you wish to have your character take a course load between 48 and 60 credit hours. Simply delete the fifth course placeholders you don't want from the 60 credit hour blank template. Examples of different course layouts beyond the minimum of 48 credits are available for reference.
