- Situation:* With the collapse of the Romulan Senate and Military Leadership, Romulan ships have left areas of occupied Breen territory, which came under Romulan jurisdiction after the Dominion War, as their supply lines have been cut, retreating to the territory of the Empire.
- The proud Breen are on the move, mobilising their fleet to re-occupy this territory.
- it is up to the Federation to patrol this demilitarised zone - however, when evidence of Breen maltreatment on their worlds occupied by the Romulans surfaces, what will the Captain's call be?
