Exam shows patient to be in exceptional physical health. Possibly suffering from depression, suggest seeking counseling. Advised patient on possible procedures. SD 239407.15 - Medical Officer: Marilyn Ward, MD, Starfleet Academy Student Health Addendum: Cadet Sherlock returned and requested to progress with previously discussed procedure. Procedure was conducted in office with no complications. SD 239804.28 - Medical Officer: Genkos Adea, MD, CMO, USS Resolution Routine exam and physical check for injuries sustained in training class. No serious injuries, cleared for duty. SD 239810.13 - Medical Officer: Desiree Hardy, MD, USS Carpathia Patient was received into Sickbay during rescue operation of the USS Resolution. Patient had sustained a low level disruptor blast to the lower thoracic, upper abdominal region on the right flank. Soft tissue and organ damage was sustained. Prior to admission, actions to stop bleeding and restore organ function were performed in the field by Doctor Kyle Morgan. Upon examination it was determined that further repair to the organs and surrounding tissue was needed. Patient was operated on successfully and moved to recovery. Organ function fully restored. Aine appears to be suffering from depression following the ending of a relationship. Describes common symptoms such as sleeplessness, loss of appetite, etc. Recommend continued treatment and reevaluation.
