Early Days

Lieutenant JG Lephi Assistant Chief Engineering Officer's Log, Stardate 239710.25 In the early days of our journey following Captain Thoran's untimely death, our launch has been plagued with issues ranging from the gravity plates failing, to issues with the dorsal shields and the photon torpedo targetting subroutines. Nobody told me at the Academy that I'd be working harder on a brand new ship than I ever did on an old boat like the Atlantis. Hopefully, we get these issues resolved soon and we can have an uneventful rest of the trip.
