This outputs a formatted prefix. Useful if you want to edit the formatting of a lot.
Format is:
- Prefix (NCC, NGV, ISS, etc.)
- Number (1701,73462)
- Letter (if present)
Examples {{ShipPrefix|NCC|1701}} and {{ShipPrefix|NCC|1701|A}}. become NCC-1701 and NCC-1701-A
