- 238511.10: Born two months premature, for unknown reasons. No complications during birth, but he spent the first month of his life on partial life support in Starbase 118's Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
- 238512.07: After going unnamed until he was discharged from the NICU, he was finally named Rhys, as suggested by Quinn Reynolds, to honor Lily's former CO Rhys Bejain.
- 238610.24: Left in the care of Quinn Reynolds after Lily goes missing during an unauthorised mission and Hayden leaves the Starbase to find his wife. When Quinn was transferred to the USS Eagle, Rhys accompanied her.
