Dar Toral was born on Bajor in 2374, just when the dominion war was raging throughout the alpha and beta quadrants. He rose on Bajor, living the Bajoran neutrality and the action of the sector and the wormhole. However, being nothing more than just a little baby, he does not remember any of these events from other than history sources. Dar is also part of a younger generation of Bajorans. As such he has not fought for Bajoran independence nor did he live Cardassian oppression and violence. Yet Dar has a lot of knowledge about these dark times, since history is one of his big hobbies. Ever since he can think, Dar wanted to be a scientist. He wanted to explore space and the stars, seek new life and new challenges.
