The Igre Family is an old Betazoid family with ties to the Seventh House of Betazed.
Known Members
- Meassi Igre: Current family head.
- Aslah Igre: Husband of Meassi
- Jissela Igre: Daughter of Meassi and Ashlah (deceased).
- Sakon: Husband of Jissela.
- Aitas: Current family heir, daughter of Jissela and Sakon.
About Igre
They have long been involved in the martial art of Tassa’Akai and the Jalara Fire trade. But they are perhaps best known for hunting the large predators of Betazed's Jungles to provide meat for special occasions; most often weddings. The family is of a class slightly below the Noble Houses. The father of Meassi Igre, the current family head, was a member of the Seventh House, and there are many such ties on the paternal side of the Igre family.
