Lukin Zorkal is a Cardassian security officer who holds the rank of glinn and is assigned to Deep Space 10 following the station's switch to a joint operation agreement with the Federation in mid-2391. On the station, he works closely with his Starfleet counterpart Lidia Ivanova.
