Vitor began to grew fonder of his CO and was the first to literally jump and clapped when she was promoted. Although he regards all of the officers and crew mattes he meet at SB118 like family Captain Nicholotti is still the one he regards highest of them all.
Being an Andorian Shen she needed a Zhen to help bring it to term. She called on her cousin Thalla.
This situation gave way to some difficulties in her relation with Vitor. Feeling overwhelmed and not wanting to burden or force Vitor into a family life, she wasn’t sure he was up to, Thera left him and Starfleet going back to Andoria.
The child was born healthy and was named Jonathan Silveira M’Gia.


[[MacLaren,_Johanna_Diedre|Doc Johanna]]: The good Doctor is one of the first officers Vitor meet at the station. She was nice and welcome him in her warm way with that scottish accent Vitor always finds funny. But they bonded and got closer as the 118 party was dying down.

She and Vitor never got a close relationship, although they were friendly to one another there wasn’t any kind of attraction, and she sometimes felt she was standing between them. But she made due with her own doubts as she saw Thera questioning her relation and worrying about the pregnancy. She followed Thera when she left the Excalibur.
Johanna surprised Vitor when he was singing alone in the karaoke and joined him. The shared a song and a few words and Vitor knew he got a closer friend in the good Doc.

He regrets that their final words were an argument, but even more the fact that it was his plan that she followed and that it was her, not him to go inside the “Nothing”.

Vitor considers him his closest friend, a friendship that grew steadily over the time they spent together. For Vitor, he and Ben are the “Young Guard”, the new officers from Ops in contrast to Brek and Katy, the only remaining members of the “Old Guard”.

The next morning Vitor made his proper presentation and firstly reported in to Lieutenant Orman. While there they were summoned for the arrival of three High Rank Officer's, including the former Captain of Starbase 118, Andrus Jaxx. There he meet Commander Cody who "recruited" him to help out in the preparations for the banquet.

==Mission History==
The Odyssey Project-
 
In the staff meeting the discussion was around Anya, the twin clone the Captain and Commander Cody "created". There were also some reorganization of staff and Vitor was assigned as Chief Tactical Officer. Going on to his new office he took the time to familiarize himself with his new duties. He planned and implemented an overall sensor upgrade.
Later that day Thera visited him and they shared their first kiss. On the next morning she joined him early in his office to gave him a surprise. It was then that the alarm sounded and they both rushed to the Hub only to find Commander Cody disappearing in front of them.
Worried about the sensor upgrade Vitor relaxed when they found out that both Commander Cody and Anya were taken by a far powerful species. If this was related or not with the incidents on the Azure Nebula, were several ships were being literally ripped to shreds, it was something they would found out.
 
Boarding the USS Columbia the crew departed destined to the location of the attacks and following the hint of the gravity well that would lead them to Odissey station, were it was suspected Commander Cody and Anya were taken.
Vitor was on bridge duty when they arrived, and moments later the Columbia was attacked by 4 large dragon-like creatures. Tearing their way trough the ship they attacked the crew. One of them made their way to the bridge, there Vitor faced the creature, which was still an infant and therefore still able to reason. Further communication with, the now called Puncdor, allowed the crew to understand better the creatures. As they manage to fend off most of them Vitor noticed, upon returning to his station, that Commander Walker beamed himself out of the ship with one of the "dragons".
 
Vitor saw his message and beamed him back inside. With things quieting down the Captain gave Vitor command of the Columbia in the brief hour before the staff meeting to figure out their next move.
There Vitor was one of those that suggested the "Plan B", taking a runabout instead of the damaged Columbia. After the meeting and in the shuttle bay Vitor and Thera had their first "lovers quarrel". She volunteered for the mission to the Captain and Vitor reacted poorly. But inside the Captain cut some him some slack and as they departed Vitor feel to sleep due to the tiredness. As they travelled trough Odyssey station he had a strange dream and he wake up just as they arrived.
 
They were greeted by a Greeter and had to work their way around the station to find Anya and Commander Cody. As they were close Commander Walker began planning on a way to quickly beam them back and Vitor helped him in a more destructive plan. One that implied the use of sonic waves to shatter the crystals used by the Greeters. That was not needed since they recovered Anya and Commander Cody and made an uneventful return.
 
Cash on Delivery-
 
Things looked like they were easing down, and a day off was given. Vitor finished his work and meet Breks grandmother Ara. It was there they received the information a new XO was on the Station. And that they were having a beach party that night.
Curious they both went to the Hub to greet the new arrival and has they parted ways Vitor called on Thera to make their own preparations for the party.
They mingled and had a good time at the party, and Vitor and Thera finished the night together in Vitor's place with his left over Sangria in one passionate night.
 
The next day their after party activities had it's price, but for Vitor it was much easier since he was Chief Tactical Officer, Thera on the other hand was stationed on the docking rings, and she was the one that managed Security to the newly arrived freighter Astrolabe.
 
The freighter was held up by duck tape and goose hope, and sure enough it was on a tight schedule to deliver a much needed medicine to the Romulan worlds affected by the Plague. It suffered an explosion and doing an after inspection on the ship both Vitor and Captain Walker were hurt. Unaware to them a Romulan fleet surrounded the Station. While Vitor was evacuated to Sickbay Thera had to deal with the Freighters crew and Captain.
After the threat of mutiny Mimgar, the Astrolabe Captain, took Thera hostage, and in the issuing fight, that knocked him out, she was hurt. With the help of Counselor Rose she went to Sickbay.
 
Vitor "rescued" Captain Walker from Sickbay and they returned to the Hub to help deal with the Romulans. Vitor was however not fit to stay and returned to Sickbay. There, thank's to Doc Johanna he was joined with Thera and they spent the next hours together before Vitor was cleared to return for duty. With the revelation of Captain Mimgar's plans and a more diplomatic approach towards the Romulans, the decision was to render aid and depart for the infected Romulan planets was taken.
 
Vitor voiced his concerns over that, and was surprised to know Captain Walker agreed with him. They ended up getting closer after Vitor pushed Walker's buttons to further learn the reasons behind Walker's hate of Romulans. But to make matters worse Walker's half sister was on one of the infected planets.
 
After that and while pre launch arrangements were being made Vitor learned of the arrival of Thalla, Thera's cousin, and that he was going to be a father.
The recent changes were not the last surprise. In the morning the orders came trough that all senior staff was moving from Ops to a new ship.

Pythia's Tale-
 
Vitor was the one that "broke" the center seat of the Excalibur.
He had the bridge for the entire travel time to Agurtha only relinquishing command when they set up on orbit.
 
He stood on the Bridge helping Commander Breeman and Captain Walker provide cover for the away team. While most of the action was on the planets surface back on the ship they were working on finding out not only the reasons for the plague, but also from he several anomalies they were detecting. As Captain Walker made a diplomatic overture with Agurtha's Tal Shiar it was revealed that the plague and Romulan politics weren't the only thing threatening Agurtha. An Iconian gateway was found and Ben and Kieron beamed down to join the away team.
 
Vitor kept an eye on the planet and on the fleet as things unfolded but like those on the Bridge he was tricked by Captain Walker, who beamed down leaving behind his resignation from Starfleet.
As the events on the planet unfolded and the away team returned Vitor asked Captain Nicholotti for permission to track down Captain Walker, which was denied, although he made one final attempt that was dismissed by her.
 
The return to Ops was a sad one with Captain Walker gone. In one attempt to rise the crew's spirits and welcome the newly arrived Ensigns the Captain asked Vitor to prepare something involving the newly arrived officers.
As always he took it one step closer and distributed tasks to all the crew, that ended up in one of the most memorable parties in Ops. But unknowingly to Vitor, Thera divided by fear and doubt chose to leave him.
 
He only found out before the party, but he put on his brave mask and kept going as if there was nothing, announcing out loud his return to the world of single man.
The next day he began devoting himself to his work and started planning for a project he would suggest Captain Nicholotti.
