Starting as an Intelligence Officer, he returned to the Academy to pursue a doctorate in subspace physics. A more introspective man, Tsuki has frequently been sucked back into the maw of Intelligence. However, he seems to finally be on the path to do something he wants to do in life - pursue more scientific studies on a ship on the frontier.
