PHYSICIANS' NOTES

  • SD 239108.22 - Academy Medical Officer: Jarred Flenching, MD, Starfleet Academy
  • Medical Assessment: T'Katt is in perfect health. He sometimes suffers from headaches but simple remedies seem to work to alleviate them so I have not prescribed anything for him as of yet.
    • I am concerned about T'Katt's increasing use of alcohol, but this behavior may be a side effect of the new social group he has developed here at the academy.

COUNSELORS' NOTES

  • SD 239201.01 - Academy Counselor: Dr. Richard Harden, Starfleet Academy
  • Counseling Assessment: T'Katt has an intense lack of confidence in himself. He is very capable of handling others in positions of management and his skills in psychological practice are strong. His lack of self-confidence tends to surface mostly when faced with authority and situations of greater importance than daily work.
    • I share Jarred Flenching, MD's concerns about T'Katt's increasing use of alcohol, but I have also pointed out that this behavior may be a side effect of the new social group he has developed here at the academy.
