A Terran from the British Isles, ''Lieutenant (Junior Grade)'' '''Pádraig "Paddy" McLoughlin''' was one of the key members of the [[USS Wallace]] engineering staff. Whilst an Ensign, he served as ACEO of the vessel, under Lt.JG [[Salak]]. He has since been promoted and has transferred to [[USS Tiger]].
