The morning after his nineteenth birthday, Private Taggart was found asleep in one of the many fountains on the promenade. He was wearing a pair of cargo shorts underneath a bright pink tutu, and a dark green t-shirt with the sleeves roughly cut off that bore the insignia of the 292nd Marine Infantry on the left breast. He was wearing a tiara that was bent out of shape, pink fishnet gloves and a bright pink sash floated nearby that said “Birthday Princess”, whilst a huge pin badge proclaiming “19 Today!” was hung around his neck on a cord as a make-do medallion.
