The ''Theseus'' keeps their eyes on the shuttle they sent and realize the Constitution is not trying to scan it. So they go to plan B and trigger the explosives stores inside. As the Constitution is hit with the shockwave they are provided with the shield frequency and send it to their sister ship the ''Minotaur'' that so far had been hiding in the nebula, before they start their attack. | |||
They see the ship separate to fight both ships and Elder, the Captain, decides to call the Constitution. He indicates that his ships 'are more than a match for a battered Galaxy Class'. He wants to take the ship to the Syndicate. Elder makes them choose between surrendering (and taken back to the Syndicate to be sold into slavery) and being bested (and he just takes the ship full of dead bodies). Of course neither Saveron nor Jalana agree to his conditions. | |||
