-During her  tenure on t'Oigen she was exposed to various cultures and species while traveling with the parents as a child to Terra, visiting alien embassies and frequent communication with alien "pen pals" by comlink systems, holo projections or hard copy letters.   Her world only has Vulcans as the dominant species and a few other species that had traded, bringing with them news of galactic events. She is a little stronger than a Vulcan of her size do to genetics. As a child she had a habit of climbing anything, building, trees, rocks or starship internal structures.  Also has an affinity for piloting, prefering the yoke styled flight controls over the flat panels of Starfleet shuttle craft.  "You can't fly well, if you can't sense what the ship is doing."
