Check Reporters 19 and 20 for Skyfire. Looks like he was a Commander on the USS Arizona in #19, and then promoted to CO of the Oberth in #20. In #20, as well, Ruach is listed as being promoted to CO of the Arizona. However, there's no mention of Arizona at all in #18 or before that, which is mysterious... --[[User:FltAdml.
