 Following a short inquest into the nature behind his parents’ death, the Starfleet Chief Medical Examiner suggested David might think about joining Starfleet. He went in under an accelerated three year program focusing on tactical security before he was dispatched to the [[USS Independence]], under the command of RAdm. [[Anassasi, Jessa Kyrn|Jessa Anassasi]] and since has had the pleasure of serving with several members of the Fleet and continues to serve aboard the Independence exploring the [[Ithassa Region]].
