Lephi first met Maddi when they were at the Academy together. During her second year she was really struggling with her unarmed combat class. Maddi came across Lephi in the courtyard, who was giving herself a supposed pep talk that bordered on self deprecating. The pair quickly became good friends, spending a lot of time at the gym working on combat techniques and getting their frustrations out in a healthy way. Lephi attributes her passing the class almost entirely to Maddi's help. | |||
