This faction is controlled by a council of nobles, one that while it seems to be less rigid and controlling than the other two political forces on their world is actually just as powerful due to the fact that the nobles own each and every single member of their faction who is not a noble. They determine who does what, who marries who, how many children they must have and have the complete power of life and death over every single non-noble under their control.
