Accidentally crossing that line the Threans made contact with the Orion slavers who proceeded to capture and sell the crew and its ship. After that, the Orions set into motion a well hidden and long-running war with the Threan people. The Orions would often invade the cities and villages of Threa'ya as well as capture ships patrolling their local space.
