Sera zh'Aella: Difference between revisions

Sera is the youngest of two children born in Harbortown on Cheshras Island, Andoria. Sera attended Shras Endilev School until the age of eleven when her family migrated to, the mostly human, Lunar One Colony. This Migration was due to the threat of the Dominion War, Betazed had fallen to the dominion and there was a fear that Andoria would be next. However, Sera's family were among a minority of families to migrate due to the threat leading other clans to brandish them as cowards.

Spending her teenage years on Lunar Colony One was difficult for Sera. Along with all the normal teenage issues, she had the added difficulty of not being able to bond with other species on Lunar One Colony. She was often left confused by social norms of humans and the other specials who resided on her adopted homeworld. The first year especially was excruciatingly lonely for her as she found socializing with her peers impossible and spent much the year as an outcast at her school. This began to change when Sera joined the high school wrestling team at the age thirteen. Naturally disciplined Sera found the tough wrestling practices and competitions extremely fulfilling. She slowly developed into one of the team's better wrestlers and found her teammates wanting to socialize with her a lot more due to her success. Overtime Sera became increasingly more comfortable with social interactions and developed a dark sense of humor, she is now more comfortable socializing with humans and other non-Andorian.  

Sera studied engineering in during her high education and received an apprenticeship upon exiting education at a medium-sized freighter shipyard orbiting Europa, Sera found the work acceptable but after eighteen months decided that she wanted to travel before settling down in her career. Sera Spent two years traveling the Federation before finding her way back to Andoria, while visiting the Wall of Heroes a memorial Sera experienced a private epiphany and soon after put in her application for star fleet.
