This template will create a decorative "collar" header appropriate for use in sidebars (such as the one for {{n|Victor|Franklenstein}} you see to the right), tables, section headers, whatever! Think of it as version 2 of the original [[Template:2collar]]. This version now lets you choose one of the different pip styles used in [[Template:Roster]].
