Hi there! I added the USS Victory "banner" you created to the default Victory nav [[Template:Victory]] that way you won't have to add it to every Victory page. It will now just appear automatically wherever the Victory nav itself appears. The old banner you created is still available at [[Template:Victorybanner]] if you want to add it to a page that you don't want to have the Victory nav itself on of course. I've also changed the colors so that it matches the [[118Wiki:Ship Nav color coding|fleetwide color scheme]] for active ships.
