Nugra is known to be very strict while on duty and has a short temper dealing with people who he feels is not working in the line of duty. It has been a problem for him in the Gorn Fleet and in a few rare occasions in the Federation. Nugra is also very loyal to one who earn his trust. Nugra will never back down for a friend or a comrade even if it will lead him to his end.

* The personal body guard of Fleet Captain [[Turner, Toni|Toni Turner]]. Though unusual in the Federation, Gorn Security operated as bodyguards for their captains and the highest ranking officer had the honor of protecting the Commanding Officer of the vessel. This is something Nugra has enforced on his own accord believing it is his duty to protect her no matter the cost.

*Failure to protect [[Hurne, Jordan|Captain Jordan Hurne]] when he mysteriously vanished from the [[USS Victory]]. Feels the failure to this day. He feels haunted at the loss and holds himself personally responsible.

''Gorns have a tradition of not having a true last name though they add their father's name to their first when identifying themselves for ceremonial purposes. The Tk' prefix in gorn means "descended from".''

'''Marga''' was a biologist who gave up her career to raise her three children. A stay at home mother who continues to live on Tau Lacerte III, the Tk'Moong Manor was a rich estate thanks to the money earned by her husband. At the loss of her Son Morg, Nugra in Federation territory as a traitor, she keeps her daughter Seev close to home.

'''[[Morg]]''' was the oldest brother of the Tk'Moong family who found himself part of a radical political cell that turned his attention to terroristic activities. He came to Nugra one night telling of a plot to assasinate the assembly leader. Turning his back on the party, Morg and Nugra fought his way through the enemy and warned the government. Morg was banished from the Confederation and he joined the Federation and served aboard the [[USS Victory]]. In the long run, Morg was murdered by an Orion Assasin after saving the ship from a genetic virus.

'''Seev''' was the youngest of the siblings and remained at home instead of traveling about like her brothers. She has continued to live at home with little adventure which suits her. She was poisoned once by a Vkk'Nnn bite setup by the Orion assasin Loki that killed her brother later. She hates Orions since then.

While fighting for the Gorn Confederation against the Alliance, Nugra participated in the battle of the singularity. Two fleets got caught in the orbit of a quantum locked planet where they found themselves sealed away from one year on the outside. The rescue fleet arrived, but found that 204 years had passed on the inside and the fleets suffered 95% casualities. Nugra is technically only 43 years old, but his time in the singularity has aged him the extra years. This is not seen as a problem as Gorns live up to 900 to 1000 years. If anything, it made him older and wiser.

Nugra's first stint in the Gorn Military was serving aboard the ''GSN Great Hero'' patrolling the Tholian border. Though the Tholians pretty much ignored the Gorn ship, Nugra was put to the test a few times when they ran across Orion pirates and other strange things in space.  

Learning of his brother's location in the Federation, Nugra requested a transfer through the exchange program and found himself stationed aboard the [[USS Victory]]. It was to late though as his brother had been assassinated by [[/Loki|Loki]], a shadow assassin of the Orion Cartels.

In 2382, Nugra recieved a summons from the Princess Vsh'ta of the Gorn Confederation calling upon him as a winner of the Princess' ruby to become the royal defender. The rise of the Black Claw clan had begun the first signs of de-stabilization that would become the [[Gorn Conflict of 2383|Invasion of 2383]].
