*S'bok - James' Father. Growing up he did not see as much of him as he would have liked too, however that has caused no resentment. Despite his unavailability, or perhaps as a result of it, S'bok took great efforts to be a good Father and teacher to his son. | *S'bok - James' Father. *Kaname Nakamura - James | *Kaname Nakamura - James' Mother. She is directly responsible for James love for all things electrical due in part to the exposure he received from her job in the Daystrom Institute. As a result he had large access to old tech growing up. Behind that his Mother is also one of the few friends he had growing up and is still, in his mind, his greatest teacher. | ||
*Admiral Sousuke Nakamura - James' Maternal Grandfather and a retired naval Admiral. James can still clearly remember his old story's of life on the sea. While the federation's navy was mostly for historical purposes by this point, Sousuke still described it with passion. This probably had influence on James' decision to join Starfleet. Sousuke also taught James how to play several card games, despite his parents objections and, although indirectly, how to curse like a sailor in several different languages! | *Admiral Sousuke Nakamura - James' Maternal Grandfather and a retired naval Admiral.
