Ensign '''Alvis Armstrong''' is a charming young engineer who joined the [[USS Tiger-A]] straight from the Academy. He grew up in Oxford, England, Earth and has an eccentric use of the English language. He is fascinated by gadgetry and all things mechanical, and can often be seen dismantling and remantling all manner of devices and alien equipment to see how they tick (literally). Friendly to all those around him, '''Al''' is a loyal and devoted member of the crew with a wry sense of humour. He made friends with both Eyas Wulfantine and Graven Monsvor when he first came aboard the Tiger, and considers both men his friends, despite the fact that neither of the other two like each other. In this respect, Armstrong can be seen as the peacekeeper between the two fiery Security officers. | |||
