Nugra is known to be strict and to the point when it comes to on-duty work. In his younger years he was a by the book leader, but over the years he has developed his own code of conduct that he follows. His subordinates know that he is strict, but fair not having to worry if the Gorn has their back.

Meeting aboard the holodeck ship USS Centris, Nugra saw a lot of potential in her. She scored well and something about the young [[Antosian]] struck him. Deciding to invest in her career, the Gorn followed her career offering advice and being present and both her promotion to Lieutenant Commander and Captain. Since then they have become extremely good friends.

* '''Moong Tk'Srovik''' was a starship structural engineer working at the Ss'Varnon Imperial Shipyards who spent his life focusing on the retrofit of the old Gorn warships into more advanced warships. He was instrumental also in fixing major systems issues when attempting to meld LCARS type technology into the new era ships. Moong is still working at the main shipyards under the new Gorn Alliance and is a point of contention with his son as he became loyal to the new Alliance.

'''Seev''' was the youngest of the siblings and remained at home instead of traveling about like her brothers. She has continued to live at home with a little adventure which suits her. She was poisoned once by a Vkk'Nnn bite setup by the Orion assassin Loki that killed her brother later. She hates Orions since then.

*'''[[Ndrassa]]''' was a [[Gorn]] female who was born under the protection of the Dragon Priests of the Gorn Confederation. It was discovered that she was fathered with Crown Princess Vsh'Ta of the Imperial family before the civil war brought her life to an end. She had left the Confederation to seek protection under Nugra in the Federation as going home would be impossible.  

While fighting for the Gorn Confederation against the Alliance, Nugra participated in the battle of the singularity. Two fleets got caught in the orbit of a quantum locked planet where they found themselves sealed away from one year on the outside. The rescue fleet arrived but found that 204 years had passed on the inside and the fleets suffered 95% causalities. Nugra is technically only 43 years old, but his time in the singularity has aged him the extra years. This is not seen as a problem as Gorns live up to 900 to 1000 years. If anything, it made him older and wiser.

 

For all intent and purpose, Nugra expected to die the day he faced the alien parasite and he distinctly felt his mind shattered and vanish. What he did not expect was to wake up two months later on a biobed at Starfleet Medical. It seemed that the entity that was living in his brain for so many years held him together and repaired the damage over the two months he was out.  

The world thought he was dead and instead of informing others of the contrary, Starfleet Intelligence asked him to act as an agent for them to help catch a [[Sicarius|Sicarian]] cell before returning to the world of the living. Nugra, duty bound and knowing how dangerous Sicarius was, agreed and spent 10 months as a dilithium ore freighter crew until he was able to expose the enemy agents.

After finishing up his assignment, he was awarded Distinguished Service Ribbon and re-assigned to the Gamma Quadrant as the Federation Ambassador.

Nugra's office is usually least decorated, but everything lined up in neat and perfect formation. When in his office with no major work to do, he'll go around and arrange the chairs so they are perfectly aligned with others and measure at the proper angle from other furniture in the room.
