Personality
Unreasonably fast-paced, Leelo was born into a family that did things rather quickly. She has the tendency to suddenly race her words. Leelo's ability is better when it comes to information. She can describe things quickly and efficently. She also prefers to do things as quickly as possible and is a good thinker of code names.

The Anderson family is one for creativity. When Leelo was younger, her mother wanted nothing more than to make her smart and proud of herself. Antoliea and Lextoroy were very proud of their little girl when they heard that she joined Starfleet.

Camerloy was an accident, but he is very welcome in the family all the same. Leelo was the middle child of the family - stuck between two boys isn't the best thing for a family that was unusually fast in life. It also induced Middle Child Syndrome in her, but it was quickly discovered by her mother, and there hasn't been any sign of it ever since the two starting spending more time together.
History
Not much is known about her history, but while she was in the Academy, Leelo was the captain of her Hunter team (Team Red, as none of them wanted to be on "Team Leelo", "Team Narcolia" or "Team Anderson"). Their tactic in the program was fighting their way through a crowd to get to one of the Hunter Tags. Unfortunately, that tactic didn't work in the finals, as they were beaten by Team Blake and Team Cobalt.
