Jack practiced Medicine for a number of years in his families practice with his Grandfather, Father and Elder brother. He was always an adventurer at heart spending most of his free time outdoors hunting and fishing. He decided that he wanted to explore life more and thought Starfleet would be a wonderful way to do something useful but get away. His family was actually supportive of the idea and he joined Starfleet, the first of his family. At the Academy he tended to keep to himself but is very friendly to everyone and is very hard to anger or rile up. He has a nearly photographic memory, is extremely observant and is actually an extremely good marksman. He is very excited about finally graduating from the Academy and his first posting. He hopes his actual previous knowledge before joining up is helpful and that he can contribute to the probably very experienced and talented staff aboard the USS Darwin. | |||
