Captain Felicia Nickson

Captain Felicia Nickson was the commanding officer of the USS Artemis. In late 2395, Nickson and the Artemis were assigned to a classified mission by Starfleet Command, departing from Deep Space 3.

When the Artemis was lost that year after encountering a subspace eddy, Nickson was rescued by the USS Montreal and then stayed aboard the USS Veritas, ordering Captain Roshanara Rahman to recover secret cargo aboard the Artemis or ensure the ship's destruction to prevent it falling into the hands of the Tholians.

When questioned about her background, Nickson assured Rahman that she was indeed a Starfleet captain but that she worked for a "different department."[1]
