Personal History
Eddard Brandon Stark is a young man of 22. He can be a little arrogant at times. However, an infectious personality, quick wit and a nimble mind often wins over anyone he makes conversation with. Very tall and well built. His black hair and light eyes, caught the eye of a few of his female classmates. The name Brandon comes from his mother's maiden name. Born on the planet Velaryon V the younger son of an independent trader, and freighter captain. Eddard spent much of his life in space spent traveling with his family, and a tutor as his primary source of education. At the age of 16, Eddard returned to Velaryon and interned in the planetary military college there to pursue a more formal education that his tutor was unable to provide for him "on the road". Professional History
Graduate of the accellerated officer training program of the Valaryon Defense Force. He resigned his commission on Stardate 237501.01 to enter Starfleet Academy. Admitted to StarFleet Academy on Stardate 237501.01. He was assigned to the StarBase 118 Campus, where he under went training to become a Starfleet officer, graduting on Stardate 237911.16, with satisfactory or above average ratings from Academy Instructors,and was assigned as Tactical Officer to the USS Independence on stardate 237911.18.

He is a master of the Martial Art Known as the Druga: The Druga was invented on Valaryon, by Col. Anton Druga of the VDF. A combination of human and Klingon matial arts, practioners of this style of matial art are deadly opponents in unarmed or melee combat. He also has master the technigue of the art known as the Blackstrike, the ability to imoblize or kill an opponent with a single blow. Stark is indepedently wealthy, being a 1/4 owner of the Stark Interstellar Shipping Line, he never brings this up in conversation; having decided to make it on his own merit rather than family connections. He gave up a privilaged lifestyle to pursue a millitary career, first in the VDF; now in Starfleet. He is a serious, focused, and deadly young man, that can be disarmingly charming and diplomatic.
