On the west coast of Atlantium which is the largest continent on Miri IV is the Denobulan colony with the city of Drubin right on the coast. It is located in a long 128 km by 11 to 39 km tract of fertile land along the coast, backed by a mountain chain that blocks it off from the rest of the continent. It is approximately 1,843 km west of the Mirian capitol of Cru'ela.
The city has about 10,000 in it with the other 40,000 scattered up and down the coast.
