The details of the Cleansing of the Nine Houses are lost to history, but it appears to have been a civil war in the Par'tha Expanse. House Kerraron battled the Markomen Order of assassins, which was sponsored by House Larokon. Also, judging by its name, it appears two other noble houses were either wiped out or were absorbed by either Larokon or Kerraron.
