Tobias Brel/Symbiont

Brel is a Trill symbiont, a symbiotic lifeform that existed with the humanoid Trill as a joined species. Each joining of Brel with a host creates a new, unique individual, but each individual also carried the memories of the previous hosts.

The Brel symbiont was born on Trill in 2165. As of 2386 the symbiont had been joined to five hosts, starting with Ortho Brel through its current host, Tobias Brel.

2. 220612.15 - Ortho Brel, an architect, becomes the first host of the Brel symbiont
3. 227609.10 - Ortho Brel dies
4. 227609.16 - Lalla Brel, a renowned chef and restaurateur, becomes the Brel symbiont's second host
5. 232607.22 - Lalla Brel dies
6. 232607.26 - Kerin Brel, a writer and poet, becomes the third host of the Brel symbiont
7. 235608.30 - Kerin Brel dies
8. 235609.03 - Auna Brel, a government clerk, becomes the fourth host of the Brel symbiont
9. 238001.05 - Auna Brel dies
10. 238001.11 - Tobias Brel, a former diplomatic aide and future Starfleet officer, becomes the fifth (and current) host of the Brel symbiont
