The Tellarite colony representative to the Miri Planetary Council is Terin Wart who is a 54 year old ex-freighter captain. He is 5'9" and weights 212 lbs with an abrasive temper, abusive manner and loud opinions. As loud and unstable as he may act, Wart is in reality a cunning and effective politician.
